⏳ 4. What’s the typical turnaround time for edited videos?
We aim to deliver most edited videos within 7–10 business days after the shoot or receipt of all assets. For urgent projects or same-week delivery, please contact us — we offer rush editing for an additional fee.

Once you become a client, you’ll receive login credentials to your personalized CRM dashboard, which includes:

Yes! With our included SaaS platform, you can track your video views, lead generation, conversion rates, and more — all from one dashboard on your computer or phone.
🗓️ 7. Can I reschedule a content shoot or strategy session?
Absolutely. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a rescheduling fee. You can reschedule directly through your booking confirmation email or contact us at hello@vandermediagroup.com.
💳 8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and bank transfers. Payment links are provided through secure invoicing platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or our CRM system).
